The Baltimore Ravens announced they've injury-waived wide receiver LaQuan Williams on Sunday. Williams missed most of the preseason finale with a hamstring injury, and the Ravens still have six wide receivers on the roster.
It wouldn't surprise me if Williams was brought back at some point this season. He is a solid special-teams player.
The Ravens also signed seven players to their practice squad, all of whom were cut Saturday. Running back Bobby Rainey was likely going to be the eighth member of the practice squad, but he was signed to the Cleveland Browns' 53-man roster, according to The Baltimore Sun.
Here are the practice squad players: safety Omar Brown, inside linebacker Brandon Copeland, offensive tackle Jordan Devey, tight end Matt Furstenburg, defensive tackle Cody Larsen, center Reggie Stephens and offensive tackle J.J. Unga.
