Wide receiver Jacoby Jones addressed the "party bus" incident on his Wednesday night radio show but he declined to go into specifics of what happened.
Jones was reportedly involved in a brawl on a party bus early Monday morning and was hurt when he was hit over the head by a stripper wielding a champagne bottle.
"I'm going to take the responsibility that I was in the wrong place at the wrong time," Jones told 105.7 The Fan in Baltimore. "There was no altercation. There's nothing wrong. I did nothing wrong but I take responsibility for being in wrong place at the wrong time. Enough said. I apologize to my teammates and everybody."
The radio show host asked if Jones had a meeting with the coach.
"We're good," Jones said. "We're fine. Everything is good."
Jones has already been declared out for a third straight game after his knee was injured in the season opener. He is expected to miss at least another couple of weeks, but he described himself as ahead of schedule.
"I'm getting better every day," Jones said. "I'm closer."
