The hottest team in the AFC North is not the Cincinnati Bengals, Pittsburgh Steelers, or Baltimore Ravens.
Surprisingly, it's the Cleveland Browns.
The Browns won their season-best third straight game, a 23-9 victory over the Oakland Raiders. Cleveland improved to 4-11 under coach Eric Mangini, who is doing all he can to impress his new boss and team president Mike Holmgren.
Browns tailback Jerome Harrison also continues to open some eyes. Harrison rushed for 148 rushing yards and a touchdown on 39 carries against Oakland. He has 434 rushing yards in his past two games.
Cleveland will wrap up its 2009 season next week against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
