The key battle is between the Ravens' fast-closing pass rush and Rodgers' rapid-fire release. If the Ravens can put pressure on Rodgers and keep him in the pocket, Baltimore has a solid chance of winning for the fourth time in five weeks. If Rodgers can get rid of the ball quickly, the Ravens are in trouble.
Here are the official ESPN predictions (with their prediction record for the Ravens in parentheses):
Jamison Hensley (4-1), Ravens team reporter: Packers 31-24. The Ravens' secondary looked too shaky Sunday, which tells me Baltimore will have trouble containing Rodgers and his talented receivers. The damage won't be Peyton Manning-like, but it'll still be too many points for a work-in-progress Ravens offense to match.
Rob Demovsky, Packers team reporter: Ravens 24-23
Eric Allen (2-3): Ravens
Mike Golic (4-1): Packers
Merril Hoge (2-3): Packers
Ron Jaworski (3-2): Packers
KC Joyner (2-3): Packers
Chris Mortensen (2-3): Ravens
Adam Schefter (2-3): Ravens
Mark Schlereth (3-2): Packers
Seth Wickersham (4-1): Ravens
Tom Jackson (1-4): Packers
Keyshawn Johnson (1-4): Packers
Mike Ditka (1-4): Packers
Cris Carter (2-3): Packers
BALTIMORE -- Joe Flacco is undefeated (10-0 record) against the NFC at home, and Aaron Rodgers is winless against defending Super Bowl champions (0-2 record).
