We have another interesting "Take your pick" this week in the AFC North.
Coming off a stellar year where the division had three defenses ranked in the top five, we ask which AFC North team will have the best overall defense in 2010?
The Baltimore Ravens (No. 3), Cincinnati Bengals (No. 4) and Pittsburgh Steelers (No. 5) were all among the elite last year. Approximately five yards per game separated the three teams. The Cleveland Browns were No. 31 in total defense. But if you want to make the case for them this season, feel free.
Barring injury, there's no reason to believe any of "The Big Three" defenses in the division will fall off. The Ravens got more help on the defensive line and drafted two strong prospects in Sergio Kindle and Terrence Cody. The Bengals added depth to the secondary, and the Steelers are healthy once again with the return of stud safety Troy Polamalu and defensive end Aaron Smith.
