Former BYU running back Harvey Unga is generating some interest from several AFC North teams.
When at least 20 NFL teams -- including three from the AFC North -- show up for a workout just weeks before training camp, you're doing something right.

That was the situation last week for former BYU running back Harvey Unga, who recently had to leave school for a code violation and entered the supplemental draft. Unga's three straight 1,000-yard seasons were enough to catch the attention of the Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers, who reportedly had representatives in attendance.

Unga is considered a power back who can get tough yards between the tackles. No wonder three of the four AFC North teams expressed interest last week.

The Bengals appear the most likely target within the division due to the uncertainty of Cedric Benson's legal situation. Unga also is a former college teammate of Bengals' projected starting fullback Fui Vakapuna, which certainly doesn't hurt.

Unga seems to have generated a pretty good buzz, which means a team will likely give up a mid-round pick in 2011 to take the running back in Thursday's supplemental draft.
