BEREA, Ohio -- The New York Giants selected University of North Carolina receiver Hakeem Nicks with their No. 29 overall pick in the first round.
The Cleveland Browns reportedly wanted that pick, and the Giants wanted receiver Braylon Edwards, but a deal never happened. It's possible Edwards may return to Cleveland, which is an interesting scenario.
There are no more teams with first-round picks interested in Edwards for this year's draft, so if Cleveland moves Edwards it will have to be at a reduced price or a first-rounder next year.
