Morning take: Bengals interested in Leinart
By James Walker
Here are the most interesting stories Monday in the AFC North:
Morning take: This move would make sense, especially after Cincinnati cut backup quarterback J.T. O'Sullivan. But Leinart currently has plenty of interest and could stage a bidding war, which would make it tough for the Bengals to sign him.
Morning take: Why is this important to the AFC North? Revis will face the Baltimore Ravens next week on "Monday Night Football."
Morning take: Safety Troy Polamalu's health will be key as Anquan Boldin and Terrell Owens bring unique challenges to the division.
- The secondary of the Pittsburgh Steelers will be tested by passing additions made in Cincinnati and Baltimore.
Morning take: The Browns traded up and put a lot of stock in Hardesty, who had a reputation for being injured in college. He will have to bounce back strong next year to shed that label.
- Cleveland Browns general manager Tom Heckert does not regret drafting Montario Hardesty, who is out for the season with a knee injury.
