Morning take: Can Ed Reed stay hot?
By James Walker
Here are the most interesting stories Thursday in the AFC North:
Morning take: Reed amazingly led the NFL with eight interceptions in just 10 games. If Reed gets his hands on the ball this weekend, that could spell trouble for Kansas City.
Morning take: Lewis said this week that Ochocinco is "under contract" and hinted at a possible return. But I'm not sure that's a good idea with these two.
Morning take: Looking at Mornhinweg's 5-27 record in two seasons as a head coach, it could be a tough sell. Former coach Eric Mangini won five games this season alone and was fired.
Morning take: Pittsburgh needed a bye more than any team with the amount of veterans and injuries. The Steelers will be well-rested for their Jan. 15 game at Heinz Field.
