CLEVELAND -- The Cleveland Browns offense and receiver Braylon Edwards are off to a slow start.
Edwards, coming off a Pro Bowl season, had his fifth drop of the year on Cleveland's second drive. Quarterback Derek Anderson was pressured on third-and-7 and threw the football a split-second early. As Edwards was coming out of his break the ball hit him in the hands and fell to the ground.
It will be interesting to see how Edwards bounces back. Last week in a loss to the Dallas Cowboys, he had a couple drops early and was never able to get back into the game.
Overall, both defenses are playing well in the scoreless game. There are already five punts forced in the opening five possessions.
