Wake-up caw: Crossing off names already

I'm not sure you can say the Baltimore Ravens' search for a new offensive coordinator has even officially started, but there are two names you can already scratch off the prospective candidate list.

Green Bay Packers quarterbacks coach Ben McAdoo has been hired as the offensive coordinator for the New York Giants, and Philadelphia Eagles quarterbacks coach Bill Lazor is going to take the offensive coordinator position with the Detroit Lions. The Ravens had requested permission to talk to McAdoo before he reached an agreement with the Giants.

This has shortened the prospective coordinator list that a lot of the media outlets covering the Ravens had put together. Here's my shameless plug for the post where I assess the names being circulated and the piece where I explain why Norv Turner is the best candidate.
