Here are the most interesting stories Monday in the AFC North:
The Pittsburgh Steelers are courting free-agent receiver Jerricho Cotchery.
Morning take: This is interesting for several reasons. First, it shows there is legitimate concern with Emmanuel Sanders' foot injury. Second, getting Cotchery would prevent Baltimore from adding help at a thin position.
Former Ravens second-round pick Paul Kruger is getting another look at outside linebacker.
Morning take: Baltimore's coaching staff has been unable to figure out Kruger. The Ravens tried him at linebacker two years ago and defensive end last year. Now, Kruger is back at linebacker.
The Cincinnati Bengals will have several battles for roster spots.
Morning take: The Bengals have good competition going this summer. I'm interested to see how battles turn out on the offensive and defensive lines.
Cleveland Browns second-year quarterback Colt McCoy says it's been a productive first week of training camp.
Morning take: After a rough start, McCoy improved in practice later in the week. McCoy needs to continue to make strides heading into the regular season.
