AFC North: Tyrod Talyor

The Baltimore Ravens are the only AFC North team to play in the preseason thus far. Baltimore lost, 13-6, to the Philadelphia Eagles.

In our latest edition of "Poll Friday," we want to know which player stood out most in Baltimore's preseason opener. There are several good candidates.

Did backup linebacker Paul Kruger impress the most? Kruger showed a high motor and finished with five tackles and one sack. The Ravens hope Kruger can help improve their pass rush. He's off to a good start.

What about new safety Bernard Pollard? The free-agent acquisition was active and got Baltimore's only interception. Pollard also was physical throughout the game.

Tight end Dennis Pitta and rookie quarterback Tyrod Taylor also showed promise. Taylor completed a game-high 19 passes. Pitta led the Ravens with four receptions for 47 yards.
