Who should be on the Colts' Mount Rushmore?

Posted by ESPN.com's Paul Kuharsky
Picking up on an ongoing ESPN project centered on the Mount Rushmore of Sports for all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico, the AFC South Blog seeks to chisel the Mount Rushmore of the Indianapolis Colts.

We need your input.

First, should the selections come from the Colts entire history, combining Baltimore and Indianapolis, or should we make it exclusively an Indianapolis era tribute and look back only as far as 1984?

Second, who should be on it?

Everyone is eligible -- players, coaches, executives, broadcasters, mascots, ticket-takers and popular beer venders at the home stadium. Who are the four best faces to permanently represent the Colts?

Chime in here or with a note to the mailbag with your thoughts.

I'm not sure if I will look to sort through your feedback and come to a conclusion at the end of this week or if I will wait until after the ESPN.com cutdown on Feb. 15 when reader votes will select the five most impressive/significant states.

Meanwhile, if you've got any good, mountainous real estate (or a place where we can drop a giant boulder) near Lucas Oil Stadium or team headquarters on West 56th Street in Indianapolis where we can get this thing sculpted, keep us in mind.
