Our team-by-team previews are out, and I’ve alerted the folks who manage my mailbox to brace for a steady flow of vitriol.

Here’s a run through with the links. When you head for the pages, be sure to scan them thoroughly. There is a load of stuff on there, like podcast previews.

Colts
Unanimous No. 1 in the division.

Key quote: “[Peyton] Manning is set for another 12-win season that will be aided by one of the Colts' best defenses in years.” – John Clayton, ESPN.com
Titans
Consensus says second place, which is where I have them. It surprises me. One panelist put them third and another fourth.

Key quote: “Typical Tennessee team: loaded with good, young unheralded talent whom few people outside the Titans' organization know.” – Adam Schefter, ESPN
Texans
I’m not alone in predicting a dip in the AFC South standings for Houston. The consensus is the Texans finish third.

Key quote: “I see the Texans as a team primed to go backward. Where are they better this season than they were a year ago?” – Matt Williamson of Scouts Inc.
Jaguars
All but one of us still see Jacksonville in fourth, and there is a lot of talk of hot seats for Jack Del Rio and David Garrard.

Key quote: “Good news: Unlike last season and 2006 and 2004, the Jags won't collapse down the stretch. Bad news: It's because they won't have a winning record to collapse from.” – Seth Wickersham, ESPN The Magazine.

Other picks still to come. All the bloggers and others picked division winners, wild cards, an MVP and offensive and defensive players and rookies of the year. When it's out, I'll point you to it. Even though I announced via Twitter that I hate my picks.
