Does Pierre Garcon have a 10-catch game in him?
I suspect the Colts' top deep threat probably won’t hit the mark in the final eight games of the regular season.
If he got there, he’d be the fifth member of the Colts to have 10 catches or more in a game. And according to ESPN Stats & Info that would give Indianapolis a new NFL record.
Previously, the 2002 Rams had four players catch 10 or more passes in a game, as did the 1991 Bills.
That Indianapolis has matched the mark at the halfway point and without one of its starting receivers on the list is pretty incredible.
Garcon’s regular-season career-high is seven catches, but he was targeted 14 times in the Kansas City game earlier this season. He caught 11 passes in last season's AFC Championship Game win over the Jets.
