On the Clock: Jacksonville Jaguars

Trent Dilfer gives David Garrard a passing grade and says a lot of people fail to realize the Jaguars' biggest problem: their defense.

"This team doesn't play defense," Dilfer said. "...They can't stop people. They're soft and that's what they need to address."

Outside of defense tackle, these guys are absolutely right -- Jacksonville can use help at every defensive position. The Jaguars could also use a dynamic receiver.

With the depth of needs, Mel Kiper said it's essential that general manager Gene Smith hits on the first-round pick. Kiper likes Missouri defensive end Aldon Smith for the Jags.
