In his visit with Jon Gruden, Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett comes across very well. If he uses this hard count with people and goes along with what coaches ask, like he does here, he'll gain popularity.
I suspect the Jacksonville Jaguars won't go this direction, but the Tennessee Titans could as they search for a quarterback to develop.
