I periodically flip by "American Ninja Warrior" on G4 or NBC. They change up the obstacle course, which keeps in interesting, and the strength, agility and endurance these guys show off is nothing short of remarkable.
Most of the contestants are relatively small -- they've got to pull their body weight in all kinds of difficult ways. Which makes the performance of Tennessee Titans defensive end Kamerion Wimbley all the more impressive. While his long arms definitely helped him, dragging 6-foot-4, 250 pounds around is a tough slog.
Congrats to him for the great showing.
