While the idea of how much you’ll miss me almost kept me at work this week, I also face the lure of family time, my desire to get hooked on kettlebell workouts and a stack of books calling to me.

So I’m taking one final week off from the blog before I dive all the way into the 2012 season and start to prepare for a camp tour.

I’ve left a few things to help tide you over.
