The AFC South blog asked Tennessee Titans linebacker Akeem Ayers what he would be doing if there was no football in his life.
Here’s his reply:
“I’ll go firefighter. It’s something I’ve been interested in since I was younger. It’s always been something that’s caught my attention really. Just the idea of helping other people, putting your life on the line, willing to help whoever and whatever, any time of the day, it doesn’t matter. I’m a pretty decent cook for the firehouse too, but I am a better eater than cooker. I could make some spaghetti.”
