Jags division's best at avoiding three-and-outs

Nothing has that beat-your-head-against-the-wall feeling like multiple three-and-outs for an offense.
I know the winless Titans have been poor in the department, and asked Pete Newmann of ESPN Stats and Information where the four teams of the AFC South rank in the three-and-outs.
The Titans are actually a bit better than I would have anticipated, but the real surprise is that in a division with two high-powered offenses in Indianapolis and Houston, it’s Jacksonville that’s fared best at getting at least one first down on a possession.
