NFL Power Rankings: Colts vault Texans

The Houston Texans blew a chance at the No. 1 seed in the AFC. They couldn’t even hold on to a first-round bye.

And in losing their finale at Indianapolis, they finish the regular season as the No. 2 team in the division in the ESPN.com NFL Power Rankings despite being champs of the division.

Ashley Fox and John Clayton kept the Texans above the Colts. But three other voters -- Mike Sando, Dan Graziano and Jamison Hensley -- moved Indianapolis ahead.
