My power rankings ballot’s not due until after the Falcons and Saints play Monday night. But outside of those two teams, I’ve sorted through things and have a good sense of how teams stand.
Mike Sando speculates that with a New Orleans win over Atlanta, Tuesday’s rankings might echo my top 3 from last week: Saints, Colts, Vikings.
A quick look at the teams that look to be gaining or losing three or more spots on my ballot, which accounts for one-fourth of the voting. Our usual reminder: A team's movement can be based as much or more on what other teams did as what it did, though it's usually a combination of the two.
Risers
Houston +7
Baltimore +5
Philadelphia +5
Dallas +3
Fallers
NY Jets -9
NY Giants -5
Arizona -4
Seattle -3
Tampa Bay -3
