Colts: Vontae Davis' groin injury not severe

November, 25, 2013
INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis Colts starting cornerback Vontae Davis' groin injury likely won’t keep him out of the lineup, coach Chuck Pagano said Monday.

Davis injured his groin in the second half of Sunday’s loss to the Arizona Cardinals. Receiver LaVon Brazill (back contusion) also left the game in the second half. Pagano said he should be fine, too.

Starting cornerback Greg Toler, who has missed the past four games with a groin injury, will likely do some individual field work with the trainers in an attempt to play in Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Fullback Stanley Havili still has not been cleared to resume playing because he still has to pass the league’s concussion protocol.
