NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Poke around the Titans' locker room on the first day of a work week and it’s always difficult not to be drawn in by Keith Bulluck.

Here’s the best of what he had to say about the upcoming "Monday Night Football" matchup between the Titans and Texans in Houston.

On the series, which the Titans lead 11-4 after a Week 2 loss:

“It’s kind of been one-sided and it will probably continue to be that way although the Houston Texans are playing pretty good football this year. Things could be better for them, could be better for us, but we’re not here to discuss that.”

On how the Texans have conducted themselves after their wins over Tennessee:

“You’re talking about a team that hasn’t even ever sniffed the playoffs before, so they beat us and other teams in the conference I guess to them it’s like a playoff win. It does something for them. I remember last game, it was only the second game of the season, but I thought it was like for the AFC Championship. So that said, they have a huge stage Monday night, we both do. I know they have playoff aspirations and everything so we’re really looking forward to come down to Houston and destroying all playoff thoughts and aspirations they have. Thank you. Because my season is not going the way I intended it to.”

On if the Titans are more like a big brother or an ex-wife to Houston:

"You know what, we're kind of more like distant cousins. We did have a relationship in the sense that this organization used to be in Houston. We're more like cousins. They're like our fourth- or fifth cousin. We don't really acknowledge them."
