Colts going against stiff wind in second quarter

GREEN BAY, Wisc. -- While the wind seemed to be swirling during warm-ups at Lambeau Field, it now seems to be going hard right to left. That's in the Packers favor in the second quarter.

The Colts are getting the ball now for just the second time, so we'll see how much it affects Peyton Manning's throws.

One thing we know for sure -- it's making it difficult on referee Ron Winter, whose penalty announcements sound like they're being given while he's riding a roller coaster.
