NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- For all who say Jeff Fisher is too conservative…
He let the clock run out with the Dolphins pinned at their own 2-yard line and 56 seconds in regulation instead of using three timeouts to force Miami to try to get a first down or potentially punt out of its own end zone.
Weak approach by my estimation following a touchdown and 2-point conversion by Miami tied the game the Titans once led 24-6.
And now Miami’s won the toss.
Look forward to Fisher’s defensive explanation of that one, win or lose.
He’s usually an excellent clock manager, but he failed there.
