NFL Power Rankings: The AFC South

The AFC South can’t lose much in ESPN’s NFL Power Rankings. Last week it rated as the worst division with an average spot of 20.1; this week it actualy made a gain -- all the way to 19.6. Still last, of course.

I’m one-fifth of the ballot. Mike Sando breaks down the whole vote here.
