RTC: Titans say Locker has taken over

Reading the coverage ...
Undrafted rookie cornerback A.J. Bouye has made a positive impression in his early days with the Houston Texans, says Patrick D. Starr of State of the Texans.
Speculation from Battle Red Blog that Matt Schaub was hurt last season: “I do have a hunch and a small batch of evidence to prove that something was not right last season.”
To which I say: It’s interesting to contemplate, but there is no evidence to suggest Schaub’s late-season slump was a result of something physically wrong.
Former Colts coach Tony Dungy has another book coming out in February, reports the Indianapolis Star. This one is about marriage.
In a positional analysis, Josh Wilson says the Colts are better off at quarterback than any other position with Andrew Luck as their starter.
To which I say: Wilson’s absolutely correct.
The Jaguars signed second-round safety Johnathan Cyprien and third-round cornerback Dwayne Gratz, says Ryan O’Halloran of the Florida Times-Union.
To which I say: Four picks remain unsigned. With the way the contract structures line up under this CBA, there is no doubt about deals getting done before camp.
The team website’s Rookie 101 series visits with Gratz. (Video.)
Offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains says Jake Locker has taken over the Titans and turned them into his team, says Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean.
To which I say: Such a step in leadership isn’t too difficult in the spring. If it translates to camp and into the season, that’s huge for Tennessee.
The free safety depth chart is thin behind Michael Griffin, says John Glennon of The Tennessean.
