By Paul Kuharsky

A weekly examination of the Titans' Power Ranking:

Preseason: 16 | Last Week: 22 | Power Ranking since 2002

The Titans’ overtime loss to Arizona didn’t hurt Tennessee in the eyes of the people who vote for the NFL Power Rankings.

It actually helped them. It’s partially a commentary about the state of the league. Even as they dropped to 5-9, the Titans gained a spot.

Next up: The No. 29 Jacksonville Jaguars at EverBank Field on Sunday. Jacksonville moved up from 31 even after a loss to the Bills.

Here’s our weekly update on where the Titans stand:

The high vote belongs to’s Ashley Fox and the low vote to Kevin Seifert.

The rest of the AFC South: The Colts are 10th and the Texans remain 32nd.
