The Denver Post reports the Broncos have brought back running back J.J. Arrington. He was signed by the Broncos last year but the deal was scuttled because he was hurt. Arrington will have a chance to a third-down back.
- The San Diego Union Tribune believes the Chargers could still deal running back Darren Sproles and bring back defensive tackle Jamal Williams, who was cut Thursday. Williams would return in a reduced role.
- Oakland restricted free agent Thomas Howard is not happy about how free agency is playing out this year.
- The Oakland Tribune wonders what Al Davis will do in free agency.
