Fans fired up in San Diego

SAN DIEGO -- This town has Charger fever.
It is an hour before the afternoon camp session begins and fans are piling into the team's facility after waiting in line.
It is a beautiful, warm day in one the greatest, most activity-rich cities in the country. And people are lined up to watch football practice -- with the season 41 days away. San Diego must feel the same way I do: This team has a real chance to go to the Super Bowl.
More later from the day here including quarterback Philip Rivers on the state of his knee and coach Norv Turner on what team he believes possesses the best cornerback tandem in the NFL.
