Denver elevated rookie safety Josh Barrett from the practice squad Saturday, waiving running back Alex Haynes in the process.
Barrett was a seventh-round pick from Arizona State. He was on the practice squad for the first 11 weeks of the season Haynes was signed Nov. 10 when Denver was desperate for a running back.
