Holdout San Diego receiver Vincent Jackson reportedly believes the Chargers were “unethical” for not trading him Wednesday. This is just another sign that Jackson will likely never play for the Chargers again.
  • Denver starting cornerbacks Champ Bailey (foot) and Andre Goodman (thigh) both did not practice Wednesday. This is not the week to be missing your starting cornerbacks: Peyton Manning and Indianapolis are coming to town Sunday. Denver offensive linemen Ryan Harris and Chris Kuper were back at practice after missing Sunday’s win over Seattle.
  • San Diego receivers Malcom Floyd (leg) and running back Ryan Mathews (ankle) did not practice Wednesday. However, Mathews is expects to play Sunday at Seattle.
  • Kansas City defensive end Tyson Jackson did not practice Wednesday. He didn’t play in Week 2 because of the injury.
