With Brett Favre officially traded from Green Bay to the New York Jets, here is a list of NFL superstars who finished their careers in a different uniform than the one for which they are remembered. Add some names to the comment list if I excluded anyone. I did not include stars such as Jerry Rice, Rod Woodson, Ronnie Lott and Mike Ditka, who played for multiple teams at their end of their careers.
