Ranking the returners in the AFC West

We complete our position rankings in the AFC West with the best return men in the AFC West. It is a loaded group:

1. Johnnie Lee Higgins, Oakland: It's difficult to beat the man I ranked at No. 2, but how can Higgins be denied after his performance last season? The Oakland receiver led the NFL with three punt returns for scores.

2. Darren Sproles, San Diego: Sproles is a complete player and he is a threat as a rusher, receiver and as a returner. He is a nightmare to prepare for.

3. Justin Miller, Oakland: Miller had two touchdown returns in seven games with Oakland after being cut by the Jets. Along with Higgins, he gives Oakland a dynamic return game.

4. Eddie Royal, Denver: Along with Sproles, the Denver receiver is a terror on offense. Yet, he is a strong punt returner as well. As his role in Denver's offense increases, the team may shy away from using him as a returner.
