The San Diego Union Tribune reported that civic leaders in San Diego met privately on the Chargers’ stadium issues. Talks have been slow, but as long as there is communication, that’s a good sign.
- The Kansas City Star believes the tackle crop is not strong. The Chiefs have the No. 21 overall pick and they could use it on a tackle. I think there could be some strong tackle options at No. 21 if Kansas City goes that route.
- The San Francisco Chronicle believes massive New Mexico tackle Byron Bell could be an option for the Raiders in the fourth or fifth round. I expect Oakland to draft, at least, two offensive linemen.
- The daughter of former Oakland A’s and current St. Louis Cardinals manager Tony LaRussa has become an Oakland Raiderette.
