Javon Walker will be out another 10-14 days with a knee injury. Walker had a "major" medical procedure in April, coach Tom Cable said. Walker has reportedly looked good working out on his own. But he clearly isn't ready to do football drills yet.

Also in Oakland, Ricky Brown is working ahead of Kirk Morrison on the first team at middle linebacker. This is very surprising, Morrison has been a productive player. While Brown is promising, I'd be surprised if Morrison loses his job, but it looks like it's a possibility.

ESPN's John Clayton takes a nice look at the Chiefs after visiting their training camp.
