The San Francisco Chronicle reports the Oakland Raiders could bring in receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh if Carson Palmer doesn’t click with the team's young receiver. The two played in Cincinnati and Hue Jackson coached them both. Houshmandzadeh is 34 and has been in major decline. The only way I could see this being beneficial is if the Raiders’ youngsters fall off dramatically.

Meanwhile, Jackson said he is not actively pursuing Terrell Owens. He is working out for teams Tuesday. Jackson said he was unaware of the workout.

What’s the fantasy impact Insider of Tim Tebow in Denver?

Denver coach John Fox experienced an NFL first Sunday.

San Diego tight end Antonio Gates did not have a setback after playing at the Jets on Sunday. He hadn’t played since Week 2 because of a foot injury. It is a very positive sign that he didn't take a step back.
