ESPN’s Chris Mortensen reports former Oakland coach Hue Jackson has talked to new St. Louis coach Jeff Fisher about becoming the Rams’ offensive coordinator.

The Rams’ offensive coordinator job is interesting because of quarterback Sam Bradford. I would think Jackson would be a strong hire for Fisher as he is an excellent offensive coach and I think he will get more head-coaching opportunities as soon as next year if he puts in a good season as a coordinator.

Green Bay assistant coach Winston Moss said he is interested in the Raiders’ head-coaching job. He has been considered a top candidate for the position. There are several candidates, including Denver's offensive coordinator Mike McCoy and defensive coordinator Dennis Allen, New Orleans offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael and former Miami interim coach Todd Bowles.

The Chiefs expect to have a dominant defense in 2012.
