The general consensus on the future of Terrelle Pryor is mixed.
In our AFC West poll this week, our readers slightly believe the second-year Oakland quarterback will be a successful starter down the road. As of 12:35 p.m. ET, 53 percent of the voters believe in Pryor, while 47 percent of the voters do not think he will be a successful starter.
I’m not surprised that this vote was so close. I think Pryor is an interesting prospect, but he is a long-term prospect. He is a down-the-road player.
Pryor has to work on his accuracy and consistency. However, he is a hard worker and he is committed to becoming a starter, so I wouldn’t count him out. Thanks to everyone who played along.
