The readers of this blog believe new Denver Broncos’ quarterback Peyton Manning will stay healthy in 2012 --barely.
In our poll this week, as of 1:30 p.m, ET Wednesday, 52 percent of the readers think Manning can stay healthy, while 48 percent don’t think he will maintain his health.
Manning, 36, missed all of the 2011 season because of a neck injury that required four surgeries. Manning has been cleared and there are no worries that he will have a setback. He has looked good in practices while he is still rehabilitation.
Of course, there are no health guarantees for Manning or for any other player for that matter. But, right now, he is on pace. So, I think I have to agree with the majority of the voters, although I do understand why the vote was so close. Thanks to everyone for playing along.
