The remembrances of Al Davis continue.
This time, friends and family will memorialize Davis this week in Las Vegas. It’s the perfect time for the celebration, as Davis would have turned 83 on Wednesday. Davis died in October 2011.
I was told Monday that several former players and coaches will attend the "first-class" celebration, one that new Raiders owner Mark Davis played a big role in organizing.
Davis deserved nothing less.
