Raiders announce Parrish signing

It’s official. The Oakland Raiders, in need of receiver and returner depth, just announced Roscoe Parrish has been signed.

Here are my thoughts on the addition from an earlier post. Parrish was cut by the Chargers Monday. To make room for Parrish on the 75-man roster, offensive lineman Zach Hurd was waived.
