Kansas City Chiefs coach Romeo Crennel said tight end Kevin Boss will miss practice Thursday because of a concussion he suffered in Week 2. Running back Peyton Hillis is not practicing and is out with an ankle injury. I’d think he’d have a hard time playing Sunday. Receiver Dexter McCluster (elbow) and receiver Dwayne Bowe (thigh) will be limited against the Chargers.

San Diego running back Ryan Mathews is doing what it takes to cut down on his fumbles.

Oakland's Shane Lechler discussed in a radio interview some unpleasant memories he had of the replacement officials.

Oakland quarterback Carson Palmer sings the praises of his running back Darren McFadden.

The Broncos signed linebacker Mike Mohamed to their practice squad and waived tight end Cornelius Ingram from the practice squad. Mohamed was a sixth-round pick of the team in 2011.
