KANSAS CITY -- It looks like Jared Gaither is going to make his season debut for the San Diego Chargers.
Gaither has been out since late July with a back injury. He practiced this week, but was listed as questionable. If Gaither does start it will be interesting to see how rusty he will be as he is protecting the blindside of quarterback Philip Rivers.
Meanwhile, the Chargers will only have three healthy cornerbacks. Marcus Gilchrist is backing up starters Quentin Jammer (who is playing with hand and thumb problems) and Antoine Cason.
