Here some areas the Denver Broncos need to focus on after a 31-21 road loss at New England on Sunday:
Recap: The Broncos’ road to failure has been similar this season. In all three of their losses, Denver has fallen behind and failed to complete a comeback. The Broncos have made too many mistakes on both sides of the ball to be able to beat good teams.
Biggest area to fix: Third-down defense it’s been a problem in Denver’s losses. New England was 11-of-17 on third down Sunday. That’s unwinnable football.
Biggest area to build on: Peyton Manning. He has been brilliant Manning has thrown for 683 yards on 61-82 passing with six touchdowns in the past two games. He hasn’t thrown an interception in 15 quarters.
What to watch for: The Broncos must improve their play in pivotal AFC West game at San Diego on ESPN’s “Monday Night Football.”
