Seven-round Mockapalooza

Scouts Inc. mocked up the entire seven-round draftInsider in an Insider piece.

Below, we review the picks for each AFC West team. By the way, my own full AFC West mock comes out Thursday. There are a few matches to this mock, especially early:

Round 1: Florida State defensive end Bjoern Werner

Round 2: Alabama defensive tackle Jesse Williams

Round 3: Texas A&M running back Christine Michael

Round 4: South Florida cornerback Kayvon Webster

Round 5: Florida State linebacker Vince Williams

Round 7: Notre Dame receiver Theo Riddick

My thoughts: I really like the first three picks. Good value and they are three players that can help right away.

Kansas City

Round 1: Texas A&M tackle Luke Joeckel

Round 3: Syracuse safety Shamarko Thomas

Round 3: North Carolina linebacker Kevin Reddick

Round 4: Michigan State defensive end William Gholston

Round 5: TCU receiver Josh Boyce

Round 6: Connecticut defensive end Trevardo Williams

Round 6: Vanderbilt running back Zac Stacy

Round 7: Tennessee tight end Mychal Rivera

My thoughts: The Chiefs don’t have a ton of needs so their board can go in several directions -- making the mock-draft process tough. I like the infusion of defensive talent in Rounds 2-4. Gholston is a good value in the fourth round.

Round 1: Florida defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd

Round 3: North Carolina State quarterback Mike Glennon

Round 4: LSU linebacker Sam Montgomery

Round 6: Oklahoma receiver Kenny Stills

Round 6: USC cornerback Nickell Robey

Round 6: Colorado tight end Nick Kasa

Round 7: Boston College tackle Emmett Cleary

My thoughts: The Raiders have many needs and will try to acquire more picks. The Glennon pick would certainly be interesting. He has potential, but the Raiders have other immediate needs. Like the Montgomery, Stills and Kasa picks.

San Diego

Round 1: North Carolina guard Jonathan Cooper

Round 2: Georgia defensive tackle Johnathan Jenkins

Round 3: Tennessee quarterback Tyler Bray

Round 4: Florida tackle Xavier Nixon

Round 5: Alabama linebacker Nico Johnson

Round 6: TCU defensive end Stansly Maponga

Round 7: LSU running back Spencer Ware

My thoughts: The Chargers are another team with a lot of needs. But I like this draft. Good value. The Jenkins pick would be terrific at No. 45. The Bray pick is interesting with an eye on the future. Nice pick of Johnson in the fifth.
