The Oakland Tribune reports that Tom Cable is on the practice field with the Raiders during a bye-week practice.
That became a question Monday when the Raiders released a statement about allegations that Cable had physically abused women in the past. The Raiders said in the statement that they would evaluate the situation and that employees had been relieved of their duties for inappropriate behavior in the past.
It led to speculation that Cable’s job could be in jeopardy during the bye week.
However, the fact that Cable is coaching the team Wednesday is perhaps a sign that he will remain the team’s coach.
